Description: HOA provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and telecommunications/teledata engineering services on this lab renovation project consisting of a wet lab conversion. The new lab area is used for development of customer sterilization cycles, research and development of industrial products, handling biological inhibitors and chemicals, and storage of customer products. The engineering addressed several critical design parameters, including handling of hydrogen peroxide vapor through fume hoods and proper ventilation for the sterilizers.
