Description: We are providing the HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, power distribution, emergency power, lighting, telephone, voice/data networking, fire alarm, cable television, security engineering design and assistance during construction services for a 2-story, 28,800 square foot, primary center (K-3). It consists of 14 classrooms, a library, a faculty dining/lounge, a kitchen, a work room, various storage rooms, various rest rooms, a multipurpose room, administrative offices, a nurse’s area, a conference room, and a waiting area.
