Description: HOA provided engineering services on the new Camp Retail Center. This project is being patterned after the successful The Lab – Anti-Mall concept, also in Costa Mesa. The project consists of a 36,800 gsf retail center consisting of nine, mostly outdoor and extreme/adventure sports shops and two small restaurants. The retail center is situated on a 3.37 acre site with on-site parking. Another 4,700 square foot restaurant is also on the site.
