Description: HOA provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services. The project consists of a four-story, 30,000 sq. ft office building. The first floor consists of a lobby, offices, a bookstore, and a café with a kitchen for cold food service. The third floor involves an assembly area, exhibition space, a warming kitchen, and various supporting facilities. The fourth floor includes a visual arts area (open to the assembly area on the third floor), offices, a technology center with computers, a language studio, and a ceramics studio.
