Description: HOA provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and assistance during construction services for the Aliso Pico Community Center in East Los Angeles. The project consists of a new 6,500 square foot assembly hall and multi-purpose building, a stage, a commercial kitchen, computer and vocational classrooms, a crafts room, offices, public rest rooms, a lobby, storage rooms, and custodial and mechanical/electrical rooms. The facility is used for community events, sporting events, recreation, and assembly functions.
