The firm is lead by Mr. Richard Henrikson, PE, President and Principal Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer and Mr. Aaron Poon, PE, Principal Electrical Engineer. They are supported by a team of highly skilled, registered, professional engineers. Our key engineering team leaders are involved in every aspect of the project from planning through construction completion and occupancy. They are responsible for the creation of design concepts and implementation through design development and construction documentation. These Project Managers are involved as the day-to-day contact with the clients, user groups, stakeholders, etc.
